Unique to Mabey Hire, the Hymat jacks were designed by our engineers and are manufactured exclusively for us. These aluminium hydraulic jacks are used extensively for bridge jacking and building refurbishments where stability and robustness is required to support high loads.
They have a ram capacity of 75 tonnes, a locking collar capacity of 150 tonnes and variable ram strokes from 50mm - 300mm.
The Hymats are lightweight, single-acting hydraulic jacks that can be used on their own or with our propping systems. They have been developed specifically to be compatible with our MAT125, Mass 50 and Mass 25 propping systems, both from a load capacity and connection details, which eradicates any problems often associated with off-the-shelf cylinders.
They are easy to use, and dependent on your application, can be supplied with a bolt on flat head plate, base plates, or a spherical head which allows a 5º rotation. They also has an external locking collar for greater stability under load.
All our Hymat jacks are tested, certified and calibrated by our in-house hydraulics experts before every hire. If required, our hydraulics team will also install and operate the jacks for your project.
Available to straight hire or as part of a design.
