Our Screwed Ram Jacks are single acting and can be used in multiple applications, including building refurbishments. We have 16 types of screwed ram jacks in our range with varying cylinder capacities from 25 – 521 tonnes, and different retracted heights and available ram strokes.
All have single-acting cylinders with a screw ram onto which is attached a locking collar that provides a mechanical load path when the hydraulic pressure is released. They can be used for multiple applications, including bridge jacking, lifting, lowering and sliding containers, building refurbishments to name a few. All our screw ram jacks are supplied with an integrated 5º tilting saddle & dependent on your application the jacks can be fitted with a bolt on head & base plates, which can be connected to our steelwork systems.
Can be used in conjunction with our full range of propping systems and monitoring and control solutions.
All our Screwed Ram Jacks are tested, certified and calibrated by our in-house hydraulics experts before every hire. If required, our hydraulics team will also install and operate the jacks for your project.
