Supplied ready-assembled, our off-the-shelf BeamBridge can provides rapid access to help divert traffic and as they are particularly suitable for carrying heavy loads, they're often a great solution used to provide temporary site access too.
Our BeamBridges can support any road vehicle including articulated lorries, concrete trucks and tipper vehicles, as well as mobile cranes of up to 120Te GVW making them suitable for a wide range of applications. They also come with an anti-skid surface for additional safety.
With a span between 6 and 20m units can be installed side-by-side extending the bridge width up to 12m. Or, for more unusual situations, BeamBridge can be installed in a skewed staggered format.
The vehicle bridge is designed with minimal end depths which reduces further ramping requirements and for safety have parapet and kerb units attached to reduce on-site installation time.
BeamBridges are available in two formats, Flat Top and Rollover, depending on your site requirements.
Our Flat Top BeamBridge is designed in a traditional ‘fish belly’ format. This makes it ideal for situations where its depth can be easily accommodated. Our Flat Top BeamBridges are sometimes used as a direct access solution to a works site.
Multiple sections can be placed next to each other to create a single or multiple span to meet your bridge width requirements.
Roll Over Format
Our Rollover BeamBridge is particularly useful where access to the underside of the bridge is important. This bridge has a shallower profile underneath than our Flat Top BeamBridge. It’s ideal for use in applications such as over bridging where existing structures are awaiting repair or strengthening and require minimum impact.
