Northumberland Line

As part of a £34 million investment by the Department for Transport (DfT) into re-introducing passenger services between Newcastle and Ashington, a number of upgrades are being made to the Northumberland Line. To assist with these works, a range of our propping solutions were required to facilitate the safe and efficient installation of a new underpass. 

2 Finsbury Avenue

When engaged to create the foundation for the new 2 Finsbury Avenue complex, Cementation Skanska sought our support for our temporary works expertise. As a result of the depth of three excavated basement levels, a robust propping system was required.

Durham History Centre

Helping to combine the old with the new, our temporary works expertise proved critical on the new development ‘The Story’ at Mount Oswald, required to support the Grade II listed manor house while a contemporary extension was constructed.

Fleet Street

The iconic 120 Fleet Street is seeing major renovations to provide new highly sustainable commercial spaces for the city. Erith enlisted our help when a flexible groundworks solution was required at short notice.

Barclay House

During the complex reconfiguration of a landmark Manchester property into a contemporary residential development, we were called upon to supply the most effective temporary works solution possible.

Oceana Plaza

Early-stage collaboration with construction company Bouygues UK, has led to the successful design and installation of a basement propping scheme on a high-profile city centre redevelopment in Swansea.

Known as 71/72 The Kingsway, the £33 million scheme involves transforming a former nightclub into a five-storey, 114,000 square foot office structure.
