Mabey Hire is delighted to announce a significant investment to extend its fleet of Excavator Mounted Vibrators (EMVs) and meet customer demand.
Due to an ever-increasing number of major excavations using longer and heavier sheets, more of our customers now require higher capacity excavators to install them. These larger machines provide more power, therefore the hammer has to be compatible. The new EMV450 operates within the 30-45T range, so we can cover all customer requirements.
EMVs provide a quicker, safer and more efficient method of sheet pile installation and removal than with traditional methods, and the new EMV450 enables us to cater for excavators up to 45 tonnes. The compact, robust hammers can be attached to the excavator quickly and easily.
The new EMVs will be joining the current models at numerous UK depots, strengthening Mabey Hire’s nationwide coverage. The dedicated field services team ensure safe and efficient onsite installation of hammers to all common variants of excavator.
