As you’d expect, the wellbeing of our people, customers and community remains our top priority and all our depots in England, Scotland and Wales are operating at their highest Covid alert level. That means we are following the most stringent of working practices, including strict social distancing on site and in our depots, rigorous cleaning routines for both our equipment and the environment we work in, and all of our people who can work from home, such as our engineers and support teams, are doing so.
Our Covid response and working practices have been independently verified and, thanks to the hard work and diligence of our teams, last year we were one of the first businesses in the country to achieve the NQA COVID SECURE Guideline Verification.
