We are working closely with the HS2 joint ventures to help create the best possible construction plan for the future of our rail network.
Our engineering skills and knowledge has been gained through helping deliver some of the most complex infrastructure projects in the UK, such as Crossrail, Mersey Gateway and many others.
We are now using our knowledge and skills as engineers to assess the impact of each element of the HS2 project and then working together to create the best plan.
By working closely and early on in the project, we can help mitigate safety issues and reduce cost. This might include innovative designs to an engineered scheme or the delivery of our modular solutions that saves time and cost on site.
A perfect example is our modular bridges that deliver real speed of delivery & installation and are re-useable offering an environmentally friendly and sustainable solution to site access requirements from light construction traffic to heavy haul roads.
As the only temporary works business to offer the in-house ability to combine design, supply and install and the only supplier of a complete temporary works range, we feel we can offer real value. We can even deliver in-house any environmental and structural monitoring needs for pre, during and post any build.
Our HS2 team have been engaged closely with the Enabling Works and Main Civil Works joint ventures for several years to plan and manage Phase 1. We have already provided Baseline Monitoring, Formwork, Falsework, Trench Support & Cofferdams to facilitate the enabling works as well as Temporary Access Roadways and Bridging along the construction route.
Our team is unrivalled in Temporary Works on their knowledge of this project and are ready to respond fast and help where we can.

Find out moreDuring the removal of an old bridge and construction of a new structure as part of the Crossrail project, a temporary bridge needed to be installed within a possession of just four hours to minimise disruption.
Find out moreDuring the tunnelling works for Crossrail, we helped to manage the impact of the works to the busy Canning Town flyover. We designed and delivered a complex system to lift and monitor the structure for any movement.
Find out morePooley Bridge village was cut in two by extensive flooding, causing considerable disruption to residents and businesses. This led to an urgent need for a temporary bridge during the design stage of a new, permanent structure.
Find out moreAs part of the Crossrail project, a new bridge was required to accommodate overhead cables to introduce greener electric trains. Our temporary bridging system supported the existing services during construction.
